Product Introduction
The UV-int150 standard UV energy meter is a high-quality ultraviolet energy measurement instrument specifically designed for measuring UV energy of UV curing equipment. The instrument features a standard design, making it convenient for use in industrial production environments and providing accurate ultraviolet energy measurement data.
The main sensor is located on the back, with a measurement range of 250~410 nanometers. Measurement results are directly displayed on the 6-digit LCD screen on the front, in millijoules per square centimeter.

Installation & Operation
Operation Steps
- Turn ON the switch, the LCD display shows zero
- Place the UV energy meter near the UV lamp source, try to align its back toward the light source (since the energy sensor is on the back), extend the exposure time appropriately
- Wait until the meter's display shows measurement results, for example 800 millijoules per square centimeter (800 mJ/cm²)
- Turn OFF the energy meter switch (OFF), or reset the display value to zero
Precautions
- Ensure the factory temperature is within 45℃
- Do not look directly or indirectly through refraction/reflection at the UV lamp, ensure no part of the body is exposed to direct UV light
- This UV energy meter can withstand high temperatures, on the conveyor belt for no more than 10 seconds, temperature resistance 110℃
