Power On Preparation

• Check if battery power is sufficient
• Ensure instrument surface is clean and contamination-free
• Confirm measurement environment temperature is within allowable range
• Check if the instrument has been calibrated

Measurement Operation

• Turn ON switch, LCD display shows zero
• Place UV energy meter near UV lamp source
• Ensure instrument back (sensor side) faces the light source
• Set appropriate exposure time according to process requirements
• Read measurement value on display screen

Precautions

• Do not look directly or indirectly at UV light source
• Avoid any body parts being directly exposed to UV light
• Instrument can withstand high temperatures, but not exceeding 10 seconds on conveyor belt
• Maximum temperature resistance 110℃, but recommended working temperature not exceeding 70℃
• Turn off power promptly after measurement
